Pros

Multi-national company with multi-national customers, lots of international business trips Very interesting fields of business (financial institutions, governments, transport companies) In some segments you work with state of the art equipment and software, and you work closely with real experts in their field, which is many times highly educating

Cons

Non-productive CRM system which does not really follow the natural normal business processes, therefore you have to add many sideletters in the form of excel sheets to provide management information, CRM system is close to obsolete and time consuming. Poor integration of acquired companies, poor evaluation after integrating the business processes Management thrives on incorrect business data acquired from the old fashioned CRM, poor follow up , nor correction of errors in CRM or standard operational procedures Promisses made by management are hardly kept High turnover and high rate in changes of higher management, hardly perceivable nor comprehendable by the lower ranks
