Pros

Cheap water, if that's a pro A seemingly steady paycheck Free water while working Benefits are available Equipment was in decent working order

Cons

Toxic work culture Little to no training Managers come and go as they please, rarely someone around when you need them Zero sense of urgency from management in regards to employee problems (i.e. timeclock issues, computer login issues) Good workers are left to pick up the slack for the lazy, while the lazy are lauded New hires are segregated by being forced to wear different colors under the guise of "help this person out, they're new" when it's really "this person isn't part of the 'Good Ol' Boys Club'" 2-2-3 schedule on 12 hour shifts leaves 0 work/life balance. If you have a family you may see them every 2 weeks. Less if you're on nights. Pay is not commiserate with position. Those who work most get paid the least. Lunch/break allowances seem to skirt state law

Pros

There are a few good workers left, for now.

Cons

the management doesn’t know what they are doing They fire people who have put absolute hard work in by finding ways to fire them They don’t care about the hard work you put in for them, or the overtime. They won’t have your back, and it’s a very stressful invironment You walk around a concrete floor ALL DAY! And they endeavor to fire you if they see you sitting for just a few minutes after you’ve run around like a mad man/woman for HOURS all the while they observe you working hard… they just don’t care about your well being. You can get injured and they will fire you for being a “liability”. You could get a stratch and your jobs on the line. The hours are grueling long and when you say no to overtime because you’ve already exhausted yourself they will, again, seek to terminate your employment The new manager of line 3 and injection will be the fall of those areas. He started a fight with a female employee his first week( she was breaking records in line 3 and he had her moved to another shift a line because he couldn’t work with her) DO NOT WORK HERE!! The maintenance team is worse! Their manager doesn’t discipline them at all, hours and hours of break time and the operators get fired for an extra 10 minutes through the whole 12 hour shift… DO NOT WORK HERE
