1) Be prepared to be paid 15-20% below the industry average. No bonus or financial incentives.
2) Too much workplace politics. Way too much favoritism and that dictates business decisions.
The one who talks louder gets all the focus.
Talking matters more than actual work and productivity.
Cry louder if you want more money. They will not give you fair / decent salary raise until you threaten to resign.
3) Growth can mean mere change of titles with little to no raise.
4) They don't hire smartest of the people available. So you don't learn much from your coworkers.
Leadership is young and this is first job for most of the leadership (Director and above). So one doesn't learn or get inspired by them.
