      Pros

      It was okay when I started a few years ago out of school. The pay wasn’t horrendous for Bay Area and I was able to survive all the turnover.

      Cons

      This is a terribly mismanaged company. A wife founder literally gets to dictate policy, firings and any other business without any regard to merit. I have seen so many people go for a variety of reasons. It’s become such a joke that I literally want to work anywhere but here.

      The pay isn’t bad depending on your location

      Cons

      If you want to move up in management, start plotting like I did to steal their job or you’ll forever be stuck at the bottom. It’s a failing business with a turnover rate so high Snoop Dogg would be jealous, three more years tops
