      It's not hyper-growth, it's a revolving door

      Pros

      You can bring your dog to work! Cofounders really do believe in the product. Opportunities to stretch your skills. (Might even get promotion in duties because everyone above you was fired)

      Cons

      Everyone works incredibly hard and long hours, and most get fired anyway without warning. Poor communication and pettiness at the most senior levels. Zero accountability for cofounders. Few reviews because employees fear retaliation.

      I worked to some extent with senior management and honestly have never been treated more rudely and unprofessionally in my entire career. The manner in which they treat people is something no junior or senior person should deal with

      Incredibly Disorganized with Poor Work Life Balance

      You could bring your dog to work.

      Cons

      They have little to no systems to assist in producing accurate financial/inventory information. You have to rely on a ton of google sheets that are often not updated or the information is wrong. There are no processes in place which makes it a chaotic work environment. They preach they care deeply about their employees but if something happens in your personal life that even slightly disrupts your work they will come after you. It was an incredibly impersonal environment which made asking for help when you need it extremely difficult.

We never want our associates to feel overworked, and pride ourselves on the positive feedback we get from our associates on work-life balance and our unlimited PTO policy. As we grow, we are continuing to drill down into better systems and tools to drive efficiency and just launched NetSuite which is helping us do that quickly.
