      Incredibly Disorganized with Poor Work Life Balance - Operations Manager Nom Nom Employee Review

      Pros

      You could bring your dog to work.

      Cons

      They have little to no systems to assist in producing accurate financial/inventory information. You have to rely on a ton of google sheets that are often not updated or the information is wrong. There are no processes in place which makes it a chaotic work environment. They preach they care deeply about their employees but if something happens in your personal life that even slightly disrupts your work they will come after you. It was an incredibly impersonal environment which made asking for help when you need it extremely difficult.

We never want our associates to feel overworked, and pride ourselves on the positive feedback we get from our associates on work-life balance and our unlimited PTO policy. As we grow, we are continuing to drill down into better systems and tools to drive efficiency and just launched NetSuite which is helping us do that quickly.       The pay isn’t bad depending on your location

      Cons

      If you want to move up in management, start plotting like I did to steal their job or you’ll forever be stuck at the bottom. It’s a failing business with a turnover rate so high Snoop Dogg would be jealous, three more years tops
