      Pros

      There are literally none. They couldn’t even manage to order enough la croix bc the founders pounded them all day.

      Cons

      No short, mid, or long term goals. Hide the org chart from employees. No trust. Inexperienced people have no oversight, anyone with relevant experience to their role is silenced and fired in short order. Shady shady shady people. No amount of money is worth the dread every night knowing you have to get up and work there in the morning.

      These higher-ups are nuts. Fun industry but crazy team

      Pros

      It is selling dog & cat food, so it is fun to work with customers obsessed about their dog and cat.

      Cons

      The management team just can't get out of their own way. Its two brothers and a wife who run this like you would expect from over-caffeinated millennials. There is so much drama here that I just can't believe it. The people who came over from Oakland have some really good stories. All in all its an okay place to get a paycheck, but man could they be doing more if they had decent leadership.

      Good pay but you won’t get it all when you leave (ppo all your benefits that you paid for) etc

      Cons

      Favoritism, Rude, they pick and choose who will get away with bad behavior. Management will lie to your face, constant turnover they only keep unfavorable people and run off their best employees. What manager tells you to quit working so hard and let other teams struggle and let them figure it out even though their performance affects your job. I don’t call that a manager I call that a selfish backstabbing and unprofessional and whatever happens going forward hopefully they will learn from it
