It is a very fun industry (dogs & cats) to be in.

Cons

The founders are really toxic people. They rightly care a lot about their company, but they treat people horribly. I've seen so many good people go because they didnt placate the different family members. I fear for my job every single day.

Get to work in the pet space and bring your dogs.

Cons

It’s a very scary place to work. The leadership team micro manages and doesn’t trust anyone that is not in engineering or operations. It’s a revolving door and a lot of people constantly fear for their job.
