Thank you for your feedback! I understand your frustrations and I want to advise you that we do not tolerate any sexual harassment. That is not only against the law but it is wrong. I encourage you to notify your supervisor and/or HR Representative if you witness or are a victim of sexual harassment. Unfortunately, most manufacturing facilities- especially in the automotive business do mandate their employees to participate in overtime. I understand that you felt yours was excessive and I want you to know we hear you. We now, explain our overtime situation in the initial conversation at hiring. We want to be transparent when we offer a position to anyone and everyone. Again, thank you for your feedback!
