      Pay,good benefits considering the hrs

      Nal could be a good company,but they seem to attract or promote managers who have No people skills..this is one reason why they have such a high turn over rate.They do not engage in employee empowerment,and as such they can not attract good talent.

      The paycheck and benefits are the only pros to this place. Don't go working there if you want any type of life

      Cons

      They say they care and they are not a hire and fire company but that is a lie. In one week I seen them fire 12 people before they even completed there two weeks.

      Everything Else !! Poor Management Starting at the TOP !! Company culture is based around doing what your told and do not think outside the box.... The tooling management feels even though they have been locked up within the walls of NAL for many years . They know it all and do not care to learn new ways. The management does not care about employees coming or going and have a dime a dozen approach to employee relations...They out right LIE on written yearly evaluations to hold you back and keep you down....They are trying real hard to move everything down to Paris , Illinois.....Which is good if you like living among corn fields.
