      Pros

      The benefits are decent. They deposit 3% of your pay into 401k even if you don't deposit anything. There isn't any other pro of working for NAL.

      Cons

      Everyone is treated like a number, and that they can be easily replaced. The only way to climb the ladder is to stab others in the back. Working with the various plants is like pulling teeth. They will all tell you one thing , and blame their ideas on something else if it fails.

      Pay and benefits are above industry standard

      Cons

      Long hours, no family life, and a tiered senior management structure that stifles innovation. The CEO is an absolute tyrant who is disrespectful, inattentive, and downright nasty to plant staff. Favoritism and single-mindedness permeate the senior corporate management. Excessive turnover in salaried positions, due to unprofessional treatment

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are great! The people are generally nice. If you are just getting started in you career it is a valuable experience in how not to manage a company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible at all levels but mostly from the top. There is a lot of favoritism. The culture is one of termination. Unlike other companies, if you make a mistake at NAL you will most likely be terminated. Termination is the solution to all of their problems. Long hours; it's not really conducive to a family life. The corporate management doesn't seem to know what it is doing.
