- Very stable company, never a lack of work here - Rewards hard workers, especially innovative ones that are looking for improvement ideas. Not scared to try something new, but bring your homework to prove why it is better because this company has developed systems that have worked for them over several decades. - Management cares about the associates and is always looking for ways to include everyone into the decision-making process. - Management doesn't shirk from managing non-performers which means you know that you are working with the best so you must be the best. Bring your 'A' game. - Lots of challenges. No project is ever the same. - Fun environment with a very active Activity Committee

Cons

Need to be willing to work hard, so don't expect a 9-5 job. Customers are very demanding and expect excellence from this company because that is what they have consistently received and why this company is growing so rapidly.

Kept my vacation time I had from former long time employee, only did so no more pay.

Cons

Never will work for a Japan owned company again! Not family oriented at all and not woman in work place friendly

Thank you for your feedback! I understand your frustrations and I want to advise you that we do not tolerate any sexual harassment. That is not only against the law but it is wrong. I encourage you to notify your supervisor and/or HR Representative if you witness or are a victim of sexual harassment. Unfortunately, most manufacturing facilities- especially in the automotive business do mandate their employees to participate in overtime. I understand that you felt yours was excessive and I want you to know we hear you. We now, explain our overtime situation in the initial conversation at hiring. We want to be transparent when we offer a position to anyone and everyone. Again, thank you for your feedback!
