Everything Else !! Poor Management Starting at the TOP !! Company culture is based around doing what your told and do not think outside the box.... The tooling management feels even though they have been locked up within the walls of NAL for many years . They know it all and do not care to learn new ways. The management does not care about employees coming or going and have a dime a dozen approach to employee relations...They out right LIE on written yearly evaluations to hold you back and keep you down....They are trying real hard to move everything down to Paris , Illinois.....Which is good if you like living among corn fields.
