Exciting and challenging work. Management is very respectful and easy to work with on day-to-day activities. Always able to get required equipment/supplies/training to complete or improve work activities and processes. Great work/life balance and fair compensation. Good employee appreciation.

Benefits and compensation could be a little better but not bad.
