Pros

Entry level employees are dedicated, hard workers, and take pride in their performance and the quality of the product they help produce. Company growing/expanding facilities.

Cons

Communication break-downs occur often. First line supervisors up to upper management appears to be more in a push system mode than their claim of operating a pull system. Not willing to use actual Lean Mfg. concepts but rather use parent company's own lean variations. Regularly sacrifice product quality just to meet numbers. Claim to be family oriented but require employees to work seven days a week. Employees having high work hours due to equipment failure/break-downs and company not willing to do needed maintenance nor replacement. Satisfied with "band-aid" fixes. High turnover rate. Below average wages. Slow to implement changes, if completed. Promotions, if any, come from who you know instead of ability and what you know. Majority of higher wage positions come from outside. Zero employee recognition and low morale. Training program very lacking to non-existent. Employee suggestions are rarely acted upon and feedback regarding suggestions doesn't happen. Actions only happen when executives are in town.
