Pros
I am not able to come up with a single one.
Cons
My experience at this organization was extremely disappointing and, at times, deeply concerning. The culture is heavily driven by internal politics rather than performance or merit. Advancement and decision-making often appear tied to personal relationships and favoritism, creating an environment where fairness and transparency are lacking.
Leadership is inconsistent and, in many cases, ineffective. There is a noticeable gap between what leadership communicates and what is actually practiced. Employees are not adequately supported, and concerns are often dismissed rather than addressed.
More troubling, there are patterns of behavior and decision-making that raise serious questions about equity and inclusion. Employees from diverse backgrounds may feel marginalized, and there is little accountability when issues are raised.
Overall, this is not an environment where employees can thrive or feel valued. Significant changes in leadership approach, accountability, and culture would be needed to make this a healthy workplace.
