Environment is very strange. Staff is nice enough but management and executives clearly do not care about employees. In fact, executives are locked away in an expensive renovated "suite" away from lowly staff. CEO fires people on a whim - if they disagree with him. There is no recognition of good work or communication of the company's vision. They don't welcome ideas and creativity or encourage initiative - they just want to tell you what to do. Period.

Northwest Federal Executives meet with all staff on a quarterly basis to discuss the vision and strategy of the credit union in addition to our annual all employee meeting. At these times, and throughout the year, employee feedback is invited and welcome. A lot of favoritism going on and secret relationships some managers are just straight unprofessional , basically anyone is being put there. Many complaints and HR does nothing, many people manage to not work and since they are the managers favorite no one can say a word. Do not work here if you don’t want crazy drama
