Pay, respect, communication, trust, cooperation, culture, ethics, micro management, the feeling of job satisfaction is terrible, the thought of internal promotion is gone, the idea of job security or appreciation does not exist. I'm waiting for the charter to change from credit union to bank. The employees are understaffed and not given overtime but are staying anyway to finish work out of fear that they will loose their jobs for not being productive enough. Internal promotion has fallen to the wayside as a majority of all job and job listings have been external hires. They apparently have executives meet with employees every quarter, must be just certain departments because I haven't seen anyone other than when they come to tell management we need to work harder. It's no longer an atmosphere of the company taking care of its own but instead it's about how much money can be made and who can they blame. Training is a laughing matter, all new hires be warned its trial by fire and you better hope your department has someone with enough time to teach you your job. As for HR, they tell everyone everything that is going on. The main location is like being in high school all over again with cliques and rumors.
