Observed toxic work environment, management will harasss you almost daily and micromanage you. The CEO was not a nice person. The pay was below average for the amount of work. The culture was awful. HR is useless. Lack of training and lack of support from management. It was by far the worst work environment I have been a part of. It was a very dull and mundane work environment. Co-workers had no personality and no one really socialized there. There are a lot of great credit unions in the area and this is not one of them. Save yourself your sanity and apply somewhere else.
