Thank you for the review and for pointing out a great benefit that Novarad offers with our sister company Blue Rock Medical and Urgent Care. All Novarad employees and dependents can use the imaging or urgent care facilities for a $25 copay up to a certain amount per year. This really comes in handy with the cost of imaging these days. Pros

I joined Novarad because they are privately owned and are very economically stable. They create products that help people and that gives me the purpose, through work, that I was looking for. They pay a large portion of the medical premium and match some of the HSA which pays for the rest. The people are great and the product is well respected.

Cons

Our office situation is not ideal as the managers are generally not sitting close to their teams.
