- Tons of good people there, very bright engineers - HR is working hard to increase diversity - Very cool innovation going on - Lots of freedom in the development process - Generally laid-back culture
Cons
At least on my team: - Not much in the way of structure or defined processes, which majorly undercuts productivity and product quality - Not much onboarding or documentation - Micromanaging CEO/Owner and his passion projects - Pay/benefits are not very competitive
Novarad Response

Thank you for your review and your time with Novarad. We agree with you that there are good people at Novarad and they are working hard to take all of our products - those that are core and those that are bleeding edge - to the people who are in need.
