Pros

- Tons of good people there, very bright engineers - HR is working hard to increase diversity - Very cool innovation going on - Lots of freedom in the development process - Generally laid-back culture

Cons

At least on my team: - Not much in the way of structure or defined processes, which majorly undercuts productivity and product quality - Not much onboarding or documentation - Micromanaging CEO/Owner and his passion projects - Pay/benefits are not very competitive

Pros

I joined Novarad because they are privately owned and are very economically stable. They create products that help people and that gives me the purpose, through work, that I was looking for. They pay a large portion of the medical premium and match some of the HSA which pays for the rest. The people are great and the product is well respected.

Cons

Our office situation is not ideal as the managers are generally not sitting close to their teams.
