The mangers over the teams are invested in the well being of their team members, took the hit on the hikes of health insurance premiums, good work environment, family friendly

Cons

Upper management has had a reputation of being a bit cold. Since the company is private and debt free, they are stable but the pay isn't as competitive.

Pros

I joined Novarad because they are privately owned and are very economically stable. They create products that help people and that gives me the purpose, through work, that I was looking for. They pay a large portion of the medical premium and match some of the HSA which pays for the rest. The people are great and the product is well respected.

Cons

Our office situation is not ideal as the managers are generally not sitting close to their teams.
