Pros
The work is enjoyable, the doctors aka clients that call in are generally great to work with, challenging work, but there are also monotonous days for you to relax a little.
Cons
Management doesn't care about training, the don't care about results, they only care if you are able to do things their way. Many of the policies are unfair and don't help struggling team members improve. Call reception, is an example. Everyone rings at the same time, and everyone ignores calls to the last second and management only cares about their favorite employees. Front line employees are extremely under compensated compared to other workplaces I feel especially bad for the reception. Management is a bit conceited, and executives don't really care. The ceo basically ignores novarad, but he is busy with his practice as a doctor, so that's understandable. Management ignored advice given on how to improve the place.
