Some of the best people I have ever known work at Novarad. Novarad is a cutting-edge, innovative company and it's exciting to be a part of it. Novarad genuinely cares about their customers and enables the employees to take care of them.

Pros

I joined Novarad because they are privately owned and are very economically stable. They create products that help people and that gives me the purpose, through work, that I was looking for. They pay a large portion of the medical premium and match some of the HSA which pays for the rest. The people are great and the product is well respected.

Cons

Our office situation is not ideal as the managers are generally not sitting close to their teams.
