poorly run company - Sales Novarad Employee Review

-everyone scared of owner, narcissistic approach and takes engineers away from customer needs to work on his own "projects" -zero structure and direction, leadership guidance and support is pathetic because it's always whatever the owner wants to do on any given day -serious lack of marketing support - only want sales team to cold call and knock-on doors, owner doesn't care about modern day sales techniques (i.e.- using partners). - flagship products are faulty and full of too many tools that confuse user, as per customer.
