Very flexible with how you can work (remote, etc.).

Cons

The CEO seems to feel the need to micro-manage the whole company. Doesn't leave a whole ton of room for autonomy.

Pros

I joined Novarad because they are privately owned and are very economically stable. They create products that help people and that gives me the purpose, through work, that I was looking for. They pay a large portion of the medical premium and match some of the HSA which pays for the rest. The people are great and the product is well respected.

Cons

Our office situation is not ideal as the managers are generally not sitting close to their teams.
