The CEO does not respect his employees at all. He calls his employees at all hours of the day and night and weekends and expects you to answer every time. He gives projects without deadlines but then abruptly tells you out of the blue that it needs to be done by tomorrow. He bullies his assistant and everyone else (but mostly his assistant) and he calls his wife stupid in front of her and his employees. When every single employee gets excited that the CEO is travelling, you know he's a bad leader. Productivity plummets every time he's in the office. The products are incredibly buggy but the CEO doesn't put enough resources towards fixing them. He's all about new shiny features but doesn't maintain the products that we already have. Management underpays most employees and gives pitiful benefits, but then complains when they get low-quality employees and interns. The culture is the least diverse I've ever encountered. Women don't last long because of rampant sexism, and almost everyone has the same religious views. It's unprofessional how often religion comes up around the office, even during town-hall meetings. "Anonymous" surveys go out every so often, but the CEO examines any survey that criticizes him and tries to figure out who it was. The company is incredibly unprofessional in every way. Avoid it if you can.
