Pros
There are some fun people who work there. There is also very little oversight and it is a slow-paced environment, if you prefer those things.
Cons
The CEO, while capable in some areas, is vastly shortsighted in others. He is very difficult to interact with and nearly impossible to reason with most of the time. This is well-known throughout the company. He literally insults his employees and calls them names. His actions demoralize teams, and it shows in their performance, which is often slow-paced and lacking direction. Top-down communication is poor and goals are unclear. The CEO micro-manages in areas that aren't important, while having a total neglect of other areas that are. Even if you don't work directly for the CEO, his influence is felt throughout the company.
