No matter how skilled,# of experience you have on the phone,number of different platforms you handle you will get paid the same as someone who handle only one platform They do not recognize the effort and the skills employees put in For them it's just it's busy agents take calls Some will be taking 50 calls a day and some 20 calls a day because they don't have the skills and both will get paid the same-so unfair After 9months easy to move to other department and the other department hire people from outside - you will be stuck in client care
