After 5 years with Pivotal, I still hop out of bed when that alarm goes off and I look forward to my work day because of my coworkers, management team and dedication to supporting such a great group of individuals. I feel my voice is heard and management recognizes the efforts and commitments of employees toward clients and coworkers, which is important. Pivotal is a very welcoming environment and employees are vested and truly care about each another and the success of the company . Collaboration is company wide. Pivotal employees work hard and play hard with fun corporate activities such as monthly celebrations like Anniversaries ( Catered Muffin Mornings), Birthday Celebrations, fun social events through the year, take your kids to work day, holiday events, NFL kick off days , Giving Back to the community and more. It truly is a great and fun place to work with great company benefits , a new office environment, onsite Yoga classes and more. I am happy to be a part of the Pivotal Family!
