Pros
Better hours in my department then standard call centre jobs, company tries to do social and community events, free breakfast once a month
Cons
Low wages, lack of independence in solutions, at the end of the day it’s still a call center job and incentive for longevity for most employees who can see through exploitive tactics is low (I remember once the incentive to work extra hours for a week was to get your name entered into a draw for a cooler… like… how insulting.)
