Pros
Great work-life balance due to quiet quitting culture There’s no clear company strategy for 2025, which has led to a situation where those who weren't laid off in the recent round are left without clear goals or responsibilities. As a result, many employees aren’t really working. On the plus side, the benefits are excellent - mobile phone expenses are covered, the health insurance is great, and most employees aren’t expected to come into the office.
Cons
- No strategy for 2025 (and we've nearly hit mid year) - HR are terrible and the last thing they care about are the employees. - Very behind the market on many levels- technologies included - High management communication is embarrassing - high management seem to have no KPIs, as they mainly warm their chair but don't do anything proactive - not much where to grow as everything is static for a while
