Everyday is different. Glass making very unique and interesting process
Cons
Manager work like slaves...55 hrs / week minimum. Quality culture very poor. Quality not supported by plant. Tremendous held product day after day as process not under control. Plant technology: 10 years behind vs other packaging industries. High turn over in plant and manufacturing upper managment. Montreal plant will close within next 3-5 years as volume is decreasing year after year and excess capacity from 18 USA facilities.
