      Good salary and benefits i guess

      Cons

      1. everyone has a Yes mentality, don't ask, just do. 2. You almost don't learn anything at all because nothing comes from you; everything comes from the top. 3. You can't ask questions, if you do, you'll get blacklisted for "not supporting" the team. 4. You have to be 24/7 available as the directors are on 24/7 standby from Star (CEO), and they panic VERY easily 5. The CEO threatens to fire people all the time, as you can see from the neverending job openings 6. WFO 7. there's more, but if you still want to take the risk to join after the above, then adding more won't matter

      Great team, Great learning opportunities, great management that that had to work across timezones & cultures

      Cons

      many of the staff I was in contact with with worked during the Beijing timezone, so overnight work was the main option

      Pros

      Pay was good. There were a lot of talented people who cared about doing a good job.

      Cons

      Restructuring was continual. Extremely high turn over. Lack of actually wanting to do the right thing.
