Pros

The company as a whole is a great organisation with good benefits and compensation.

Cons

CS management sucks and racist especially with new comers in managerial position. Not sure if this happens only in Malaysia. But people in managerial positions from BPO joining the team and treating it like a BPO company. No clear directions, protecting chinese people even if they suck at their job. Putting malays and indians agents under PIP without valid reason and terminating people on the spot within 24 hours.
