      Salary is above average, if culture fits you, you will be paid well

      Cons

      Horrible company to work for. The entire staff is chinese and unwilling to help others. Bottom 10% get fired every year, random layoffs. Endless politics. If you dont speak mandarin and build partnerships you will lose your job so quickly, dont come, be happy.
