      Pros

      Working for OKX has been one of the most fulfilling experiences in my life. Why? Being able to serve LATAM community with crypto products that match their needs is truly rewarding. Crypto is the future in our region and worldwide as well.

      Cons

      Working with colleagues from all over the world is challenging due to their numerous time zones. Scheduling meetings that work for everyone is close to impossible.
