Looking back at how rigid the policies back then it lay a foundation for all of us to continuously improved and listen to feedback. One thing I appreciate about this company is the growth opportunities. In terms of compensation and benefits, I feel that OKX is competitive and fair. The salaries are in line with other competitions.
