      - Competitive Compensation - 100% Company covered insurance - Crypto Industry and people truly believe in this - New projects every week, move super fast (also a cons) - Some cool SWAG, company snack and lunch are pretty good

      Cons

      - Move fast, fail fast - No wlb, prepare for regular night calls - No one will care about your mental health, make sure you are tough enough - Prepare for re-org every quarter

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      Cons

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
