Pros

I have been working as a an iOS Developer at OKX for over a year, and it has been an amazing experience. The company is at the forefront of mobile technology, and there are always exciting projects to work on. The management team is very supportive and provides us with all the necessary resources to excel in our jobs. We have regular team meetings where we discuss our progress, and everyone is encouraged to share their ideas and suggestions. This creates a positive work environment where everyone feels valued. One of the best things about working at OKX is the culture. Everyone is passionate about what they do, and there is a real sense of camaraderie. We have regular team events, which are always fun and help to build stronger relationships among colleagues. In terms of compensation, OKX offers competitive salaries and benefits packages. They also provide opportunities for career growth, and I have seen many of my colleagues get great bonuses. Overall, I would highly recommend OKX to any mobile developer looking for an exciting and challenging role with a great company culture. It is truly a fantastic place to work!

Cons

- Sometimes you need to work extra hours - Priorities could change in the middle development.

Pros

- Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

Cons

- The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
