      1. Accessible leadership, clear vision 2. Action oriented mindset across the company 3. Budget of a major brand and agility of a startup 4. Lots of room to grow and put a stake in the ground 5. Lots of opportunities to be a thinker and doer both

      1. Working across multiple timezones can be challenging 2. An output + delivery driven mindset isn’t for everyone 3. Work-life balance can be problematic but as long as you can draw boundaries that work for you, you’ll be good

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
