      you can learn many many new things about blockchain and crypto, all the cut edge technology you can see here, you can use here

      Cons

      for me it is hard to work from office every day, it's better for me to have hybrid work mode, 2 days from home and 3 days from office is good

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
