      1. The Singapore office is in prime location. 2. One of the few company that's growing fast at this time. 3. Culture is relatively simple and most of the colleagues are nice. 4. Work-life balance is good.

      Cons

      1. Tech infrastructure is not as mature, but this could be an opportunity as well. 2. More influenced by the market condition due to the nature of the industry. 3. Group insurance could be better.

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      Cons

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
