      Most of colleagues are fine except those who are loyal to okx for years

      Cons

      They can let a 3/4 year experience person to lead >7 working experiences folks just because he is in okx longer than others

      Restructuring was continual. Extremely high turn over. Lack of actually wanting to do the right thing.
