      Base salary is competitive enough

      Cons

      They literally manipulated me into upskilling one of my direct reports to take my spot so that they can let me go right before my LTI cliff date. It is as cartoonish and hilariously sad that it sounds like. Don’t work here if you don’t understand mandarin. Founder, who is the CEO in effect but not title for some reason, is verbally abusive towards employees on calls and meetings.

      Great team, Great learning opportunities, great management that that had to work across timezones & cultures

      Cons

      many of the staff I was in contact with with worked during the Beijing timezone, so overnight work was the main option

      Pay was good. There were a lot of talented people who cared about doing a good job.

      Cons

      Restructuring was continual. Extremely high turn over. Lack of actually wanting to do the right thing.
