      Pros

      To me, it is a fair workplace to be working in, with nice colleagues and good diversity in SG office. Employee benefits are quite good too, e.g. the daily lunch allowance and various office activities. So far my experience is quite positive.

      Cons

      KPI can be rather stringent and hard to achieve. Need to be prepared and adaptable to frequent changes in business focus and strategies in general.

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      Cons

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
