      1. The overall package provided by the company is generally quite generous. 2. The company offers great benefits: ample annual leave, comprehensive insurance, plenty of team-building funds, and various subsidies. 3. The company is in a growth phase, offering many opportunities to engage with and learn about cutting-edge technologies and architectures in the industry. 4. As a "Chinese-based" internet company, its overall level of internationalisation is exceptionally good.

      Cons

      1. The work can be quite busy, and the workload can be heavy, which may require overtime. 2. The company officially has a regular bottom elimination mechanism, which to some extent increases the anxiety levels among employees.

      Great team, Great learning opportunities, great management that that had to work across timezones & cultures

      Cons

      many of the staff I was in contact with with worked during the Beijing timezone, so overnight work was the main option

      Pay was good. There were a lot of talented people who cared about doing a good job.

      Cons

      Restructuring was continual. Extremely high turn over. Lack of actually wanting to do the right thing.
