I appreciate the little things, like the snacks provided, which create a relaxed environment. Additionally, the festive celebrations throughout the year foster a sense of community and connection. This supportive culture not only makes work enjoyable but also encourages collaboration among the team

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
