      Pros

      The company offers excellent employee benefits and engagement, although there have been some downgrades, likely due to rising operational costs and mass hiring.

      Cons

      The shift basis seems unnecessary, particularly since the Malta team is available to cover other time zones and our role does not involve direct user engagement or frontline duties. Despite this, there has been no salary increase, and it might be more beneficial to replace the learning allowance with dental and eyewear allowances.

      - Complimentary food and drinks in the office - Some co-workers are working hard and friendly - Hybrid work that can work 2 days from home

      - The company experienced hiring followed by layoffs, which raised concerns about workforce planning. - No severance package, career transition assistance, or visa support was provided following the layoff, which negatively impacted the perception of the company's employee culture. - There was a tendency to assign blame rather than focus on collaborative problem-solving.
